I did it! I logged no matter what!

I did not have the most stellar day food wise, but I logged everything anyway.

It was a struggle to do so and I kept thinking to myself that because I wasn’t perfect that logging my food doesn’t matter, but it does.  Logging my food is NOT about being perfect!  It’s another tool to help me reach a goal.

So after tomorrow, I will have logged 5 whole days in a row.  I know it doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s more than I’ve done in a long time.

Hmmmm, think I can make it to 10 days in a row next?

 

Oh and I had to make a quick edit, because I was a little over 1000 calories over!
