I ended up emailing the trainer today and I’m glad that I didn’t wait.
When I went to the orientation, she was doing a special one and I don’t know if everything got explained the best during the time.
I didn’t realize that you needed to decide how many meals and try to keep the protein, fat and carbs even at each meal. Luckily I had emailed the trainer today with my day 1 meal log so she could correct me.
I was having trouble reaching my protein and now I shouldn’t have an issue at all.
I have tomorrow planned out and things are a lot more event. I still need to even them out a little more, but for now it’s close enough.
