I was talking to another sleeve patient about the way I’ve been feeling and she suggested that I go back to basics.
I thinking about that, it’s a great idea.
For the longest time, I couldn’t stomach the thought of a smoothie or protein shake. I don’t plan on doing 4 – 6 weeks of them again, but I’m thinking a few liquid days might be a good thing to get me back into the swing of things.
So yesterday I went to whole foods and bought some protein powder. I don’t know if I’m going to do all three meals liquid as that seems a little extreme, but I’m thinking 2 out of 3.
A week of breakfast and lunch liquid and then a light dinner.
I’ll have to see how it goes.
