I did have an unplanned snack before dinner, but I was hungry.
I didn’t get out of work until nearly 8 PM last night and I was hungry when I got home. So while I was making dinner, I had some cheese and crackers.
By 9 PM, dinner was finally ready. I made Chicken Enchilada Stuffed Zucchini Boats from skinnytaste.com.
You would think that eating dinner at 9 PM would make it less of a white knuckle night, but it was still hard. By 10 PM I wanted to much and I was still fighting the urge when I went to bed at 11 PM.
Tonight I’m heading to the 5:30 PM Zumba class at the Y and should be home by 7 at the latest. I’m eating leftovers from last night so dinner should be a lot earlier.
I have a feeling it’s going to be another white knuckle night.
I hope that emotional/anxiety feeling that I get while wanting to eat mindlessly and munch goes away soon!
