I don’t know if it was just day 3 or the fact that I did yoga after walk/running, but I’m not sore today!
I’m glad not to be wincing while walking up/down stairs.
My son was sick on Tuesday, so I’m going to Zumba tonight to make up for not going then.
Last night the run started out harder and got easier as it went along. The first 60 second run I thought I was going to die. One of them, I had to stop a few seconds earlier. The last one though I didn’t look at the time left for the first time.
I’m definitely repeating week 1 of Couch to 5K before I move on. There is no way that I can run for 90 seconds yet.
After 3 more times at 60 seconds run/120 seconds walk, I’ll hopefully be ready to try 90 seconds run/180 seconds walk.
