I haven’t been able to make it to Aqua Zumba in a while due to lack of childcare during the class. It felt good to be able to go back. I decided that it might be good to try both Spinning and Aqua Zumba on the same night. I was thinking they might go well together and there is a 1/2 hour break between the two.
Definitely worked out well. Had a banana during the break so I wouldn’t be starving when I got out of the pool. Definitely going to make this a habit!
