Yesterday, I went back to work.
Everyone kept telling me how tired I would be, so I thought it would be better to work two days, have a weekend and then work a full week.
I have to admit that I'm not as tired as they said I was going to be.
Yesterday I did get really tired around 8 PM, but didn't fall asleep until after 10 PM. I didn't sleep that great the night before either as I had that "I have to get up on time" anxiety all night.
Last night my sleep wasn't so hot either so I was tired getting up. I worked from 9 AM to 6:45 PM so I think I'm the normal amount of tired after that.
I'm glad to be back to work. I believe it helps the recovery to get back into routine.
