It's week two and I decided to try a scrambled egg.
I made it with extra milk so it would be very mushy and easy to eat.
I made it through 1/2 and then I felt full.
It felt really good to eat something though. I saved the other half for another time.
The good part is it went down nicely and I didn't get nauseous or anything.
I did get out a bit today with my mom to go food shopping. She was going to go for me and then I realized that I should push myself a little and go. I felt so much more awake when I did. My new goal is going to be to get up and out a little each day. The more I lay around, the more tired I seem to get.
I bought some oatmeal, ricotta and cottage cheese to try out this week.
