I'm tired today!!!!
Last night I blew off the gym and layed in bed all night watching tv. I did get a little bingy at times, but not as bad as past nights. Finished off some of the turkey and stuffing for dinner.
Still logging my food today. I actually haven't eaten that much at all yet, but I also haven't been hungry. I've been more thirsty than hungry all day.
The weekend is fast approaching though and weekends are often an issue for me. Sure, I'll go do dance mania at the Y tomorrow, but after that I'll probably go out for lunch and/or dinner. That is where I get a bit out of control with my choices.
My husband might be going to NYC for the weekend too so it will be just me and my son.
Either way, I usually end up eating too much.
I still need to figure out what to do for dinner tonight and if we are going to eat in or out.
