It's felt really good to get back into exercising. It's also making me HUNGRY!!!!!
I am down 3lbs this week though so it's helping with my eating and my weight. Even though I'm hungry, I'm eating healthier.
I got a personal trainer recommendation from my Zumba instructor last night. I knew I wanted a female trainer, but there a bunch at the Y so I wanted to see what she would say as she seems to know me well.
I'm debating on whether or not I'm going to go tonight. I'm definitely going to dance mania tomorrow morning though so if I rest tonight, it's no big deal.
I need to plan a food shopping trip and some meals for next week so I can continue losing weight.
I see the surgeon again on the 18th and I think I am going to get a fill, but I still want to work on losing before then.
