I just feel better when I'm exercising.
It's been a couple of weeks since I was able to make it to the gym due to hectic schedules, my back hurting and being away.
I definitely noticed a difference. First, because I hadn't been in a few weeks, the class was SO MUCH HARDER! Even though I remembered the moves, I definitely sweated more and got very out of breath.
The other difference I noticed though, is how good I felt when it was over and how my mood was so much better.
I will be going to my favorite, Aqua Zumba, tonight and tomorrow night I have Zumba Toning.
I did also pay for the introductory personal training package. I can't afford to do much, but they had a deeply discounted 3 pack price if you had never done personal training at the Y before. I need to do more strength training and I figure if I use a personal trainer for a few weeks, it will help me get back into a routine.
