How do I know when I'm satisfied? What does satisfied feel like?
2. What is scary about it? Would anyone else be threatened?
No one else would be threatened. What is scary about it is I'm often not "satisfied" unless I feel beyond full. Until I'm forced to stop because if I keep eating, I'll get sick.
3. How would my life need to change?
I would need to listen to my body and not my mind. I would need to really pay attention when I'm eating to find that feeling of fullness and satisfaction without being overly full.
It really goes along with eating without distraction and sitting down. I need to do the other guidelines in order to follow this one as this guideline really requires me paying close attention to my body.
4. What is exciting about the following guideline?
What is exciting is that I could learn to be satisfied with my food and my meals without overeating or binging.
