I'm glad I did it because it's always eye opening.
I ate almost double the calories that I normally eat. Myfitnesspal.com reminded me that if every day was like yesterday, in 5 weeks I will have gained about 10 pounds.
I don't want that.
It's in the past though and I can't change it. I have to be ok with it and just learn from it. I'm going to have days like that sometimes and as long as they are occaisional, that is ok.
Today is a new day and I'm going to choose to only eat when I'm hungry.
