I'm feeling really good following the eating guidelines. It's really helping me to focus on myself, whether or not I'm truly hungry.
The work week is usually the easier part of the week for me. The weekends are more difficult as we tend to eat out more.
Tonight my husband and my son are at the Red Sox game so I'm home alone which can also be an issue. I went to Zumba as planned and came home around 7 PM.
One thing that was really cool is usually I would immediately come home and eat. This time though, I didn't feel hungry so I went and watched tv until I felt hungry.
I'm really proud of myself.
I do need to keep in mind though that I don't have to be perfect in this. Right now it's easy, but I want to prepare myself for the days that it isn't as easy and be kind to myself.
