The thought of being on liquids only for a day, nevermind two weeks was so scary to me. I never thought I would be able to do it.
Now when I get a fill, I think, “It’s only 2 days of liquids”. It’s not a big deal at all. The liquid days are actually easier for me than the mushy food days.
I’m happy that I got the fill and hoping that I don’t need another one for a while.
I have a protein shake made with mixed frozen berries, milk and vanilla protein powder for breakfast.
I have another shake made with 1 TBSP almond butter, a banana, milk and chocolate protein powder for lunch.
Life is good.
