I have tracked two whole days in a row

One day I ate way over my calories and the yesterday I ate way under.

Neither was planned that way.

Actually I had a really good food day planned yesterday and the food I didn’t eat was because I wasn’t hungry for it.

It feels good to know that I just ate when I was hungry and not because I was trying to meet some goal.

I’m doing well weaning off coffee. I’m down to a small with cream and splenda. I usually stay FAR away from artificial sweetners, but splenda doesn’t affect me adversely as long as it is in small amounts.

After a couple of days I’ll switch to decaf and then hopefully will stop going through the dunkin donuts drive through altogether.

Tonight I have mom’s night out and I need to plan for it. They always order a ton of yummy appetizers. I think tonight I’ll order something for just me so I can eat with them, but not give into nachos and other stuff like that.
