Not that bad of one.
First I craved salty and had some cheese and then afterwards I craved sweet and had a little nutella.
The positive is it was a LOT smaller than my old binges. The negative is it was mindless eating.
I do have a packed breakfast and lunch for today and plan on journaling all of my food again. I have dinner planned as well. I wish I could go to the gym as the less time I have at home, the less chance of binging, but I have to wait until my chest xray on Thursday.
I also plan on calling my surgeon’s office today and moving up my appointment so I can possibly get another fill.
