I got a bit bingy last night. Not sure why. I was just tired and wanted to much.
Had some leftover lobster mac and cheese for dinner and then accepted a dinner offer from my parents to go out to a chinese/japanese place. Shared some apps and had some sushi.
Then I came home and ate some nuttella and graham crackers and then some cheese later on. I was just a munching maniac.
At least I planned for this week a bit. I did make some salsa crockpot chicken yesterday which came out amazing. I used mango salsa instead of regular and it added a nice twist:
1lb chicken breasts
can black beans
bag frozen corn
2 containers mango salsa
mix and cook in crockpot on low for 7 hours
I got about 7 cups out of it. When I did the nutrition information on myfitnesspal.com it came up with:

I have that and some cherries with me at work today. I plan on roasting some veggies tonight and cooking chicken sausage.
I will not let one day derail me!
