Last night was a struggle, but at least I won

Got home from Zumba last night and immediately roasted some brussels sprouts and grilled a salmon burger.    Definitely wanted something sweet after that meal so I planned some cherries into my night.

I do have to say that the cherries were AWESOME.  I love me some cherries.

After that though, I wanted more.  I wasn’t hungry, but I was not satisfied.   Started thinking about grabbing the nutella and  a spoon.  I did have some extra calories left from exercising, but I really did not want to use them since I had already had a slice a cake from a celebration at work.

It was definitely an internal battle that I struggled with until i went to sleep.  I don’t know how I won it this time, but I did.  I told myself no.  I told myself that I didn’t need anything more.
