Gotta love good ol’ Aqua Zumba!

I realized tonight while I was doing the class, that I started doing this class about a year ago.

I still love it and still hate when I have to miss it.

It doesn’t burn as many calories as other classes, but it does do some nice resistance work in the water and it’s just fun.

Cooking dinner right now and unless I eat anything else tonight, my journal is looking good!

    I feel like I’m stalking your LJ lately, sorry. Haha. I’m just glad you’re posting your meals. Maybe we can help keep each other accountable. I know people don’t expect me to post in my LJ, but I do feel like eyes may skim my entries, and that sets up SOME sort of expectation.
    What is miso chicken? It sounds delish.

      I just posted the miso chicken on the blog, but here it is as well:
      24oz boneless/skinless chicken thighs (can use bone in as well)
      1/3 cup red miso paste
      1/3 cup orange juice
      1/4 cup mirin
      1 TBSP fresh ground ginger
      1 tsp sesame oil
      Whisk together miso paste, oj, mirin, giner and sesame oil. Place chicken in large bowl or baggie and pour marinade in/over. Marinate for at least 2 hours and up to 24. Grill or broil chicken. Makes 6 servings (4oz of chicken each).
      I got it out a weight watchers cook book years ago and it’s one of my family’s favorite recipes.
