It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve been to the gym. Between buying a new car and vacation, I haven’t been able to go.
I feel good, but I am definitely tired. My legs have a nice ache to them.
There was a sub for my normal Zumba class that I wasn’t used to and that definitely made me sweat more.
I’m looking forward to Aqua Zumba tomorrow night and getting back into my gym routine in general.
