Went out with my mom’s group. Did my food journal up until I went out and now I need to figure out how to journal what I ate.
Had these white truffle tator tots that are just amazing and some nachos.
Band is definitely working though because I got full very quickly. It’s nice that it wasn’t stressful.
I did find myself mindlessly eating this afternoon while stressed. I was annoyed about a meeting that I had to do and talking to my boss about it. While doing so, we were in the department kitchen and someone had left chocolate/caramel covered popcorn there and next thing I new I was just eating it while talking.
I tracked it through and moved on. It was tasty, but I know the stress was behind it.
Ok, I have to go to bed, but first I’m going to attempt to estimate what I ate tonight in my food journal.
