I have journaled for 5 days in a row! It’s a new record! It’s been a while since I have done that.
The five days doesn’t even count today!
I am trying to stay more in the moment though because when I get too far ahead of myself I start to feel the fear and after the fear comes the self sabotage.
I’m trying to remember that when I want to much, I have to ask myself which I want more, to eat or to be healthy.
I did get a little munchy last night, but luckily I had made an awesome batch of roasted brussell sprouts and ended up munching on those.
What I like about this blog is there are a ton of really good tasting healthy recipes (which a lot of blogs have), but she also gives you the nutritional information and serving size. I find that EXTREMELY helpful.
