Ok, I have not been eating well this weekend. I’m so off track today it’s disgusting.
According to the scale I’m back up to 281.7. I know it’s mostly bloat. My rings are barely fitting.
I need to white knuckle it through a few days and get back on track.
No more eating out. Especially no more eating out and having chinese food.
Food shopping today and planning out the rest of the week.
I am going to get back on track and I am going to make it to 50lbs lost if it kills me!
