The bad news is the last two days, I have not been paying attention to what I’ve been eating and it’s been very mindless.
The good news is the band helped keep the portion sizes down.
I did throw up though from something getting stuck last night and it was not fun.
So this morning’s weigh in was a maintain. I’m still 281.5 and at 39.5lbs lost.
I think I’m lucky to have a maintain considering.
I did make it to the gym on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and I’m planning on going tonight.
I packed my lunch today and had my normal breakfast and plan on tracking all of my food today.
This weekend was a reminder that the band does not do all of the work and it’s just a tool. I still need to make the healthy choices.
